The main application for toppings and ripples is for: industrial and artisanal Ice-creams, layer cakes, Dairy/ not dairy desserts. Sometimes the use of toppings is only for decoration in order to increase the appeal of the final product. Most of the time toppings impart very strong flavour and smell in order to improve the taste of the final product.
